General Statement The Journal of Smart Learning Media (JOSLEM) is committed to disseminating high-quality research to the global community without financial barriers. To encourage broad participation and support the exchange of knowledge, this journal does not charge authors any fees for the submission, processing, or publication of articles.

1. Article Submission Charges (ASCs) There are NO submission charges for this journal. Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting their manuscript for review.

2. Article Processing Charges (APCs) There are NO article processing charges or publication fees. If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will not be asked to pay for the editing, layout, or hosting of the article.

3. Waiver Policy Since JOSLEM does not charge any fees, a waiver policy is not applicable. All authors, regardless of their affiliation or country of origin, are entitled to publish free of charge.
